The Lady is a cute little sprite all in white, red & blue ~
German glass eyes with eye whites ~ hand embroidered patriotic nose thread colors ~open mouth concept ~ hand painted facial features ~ straight leg & arm armatures ~ red & white ruff encircles her neckline ~ her hat is made of red wool felt with white blanket stitched edging with blue polka dot hat stack trim with rhinestones plus a vintage USA hat pin ~ multiple bow loops complete her look.
For balance and weight, steel is added, along with polyester fiberfill stuffing. As a special artist detail, I cut an ultra suede heart – shaped patch, and carefully sewed it onto her ”butt cheek” and then hand painted my signature on that patch.

Bringing soft joy this time of year. 🌸🐣✨
Eloise cute little standing Teddi at about 7" tall ~ German glass eyes with eye whites~ hand embroidered nose ~open mouth concept ~ hand painted facial features ~ she wears green felt undies & a blouse with a pearl & gold bunny attached ~ plaid skirt ~ white patent leather shoes ~ and she's happy in her easter bonnet with all the frills upon it ~ her bonnet is wool felt with a blanket stitched edge with tiny roses & leaves encircle the top with a toile bow at the back ~ she brings along her own Easter basket with a matching cloth to line the bottom holding 2 huge decorated eggs and a toile bow atop ~ on the outside is a silver cross ~ plus, a little green hen comes with the ensemble which was made by "Wade of England," making small collector, ceramic figurines since the 1960's.

Lady is beautifully dressed and ready to attend her special celebration party, bringing along a handmade gift should you choose to welcome her into your collection.
‘She measures approximately 7 1/2” tall and is lovingly created with German glass eyes with eye whites, a hand embroidered nose, and an open-mouth design enhanced by softly hand-painted facial shading that gives her a sweet, expressive personality. Her bendable arm, armatures and straight leg armatures allow gentle posing while her wool felt Trapunto paw pads add a classic Teddy Bear artists' touch. "THINGS THAT YOU DON'T SEE"
Before I go to sleep at night, I design bear parts, (in my head) and in the morning I sketch what I THOUGHT was a good idea, sometimes not! I believe to make a quality bear, reinforced areas are a must, especially where stress is a factor. I stuff my BRUINS as firmly as I can & I sew very tightly as to ensure they won't rip out. Steel beads are used for weight. Clean polyester stuffing fills in the rest of the bear. Things that you can't see are the things that make my bear top quality on the inside and out!
As a Decorative Artist since 1987, I've learned about color theory and its application. It's been an asset to every part of my life including designing my bears with color combinations that work well together.
I use German glass eyes, hand embroidered noses, hand painted facial features, hardboard joints,
hand made/ designed felt hats & clothing plus quality fur for my cuties.
The details are the same in all of my bears/animals, giving attention to every last detail.
